How do you cook Lobster tails in the TMX?

marnie, I would steam them in the Varoma.  you lucky ducky.

that is how I would do it was well. If you are wanting to do it the more traditional way, then add water to your TMX bowl, place the tails in the steaming basket and cook on varoma temp  ;)

How wonderful, let us know how they go. I would imagine they would be very tasty steamed.
