Hi I have just used my Thermomix for the second time since recieving it on christmas eve and i just love it and so does my son. i made a meat sauce to go with pasta and steamed some vegetables in the Varoma at the same time- perfect and for dessert i made a raspberry sorbet but with a bit of cream instead of an egg white- delicious a winner with my son.

I love your idea of putting cream in the sorbet instead of the egg white!  Naughty but nice!  ;D
