On leave at the moment and have a craving for home made sausage rolls. Does anyone have a favourite recipe they could share? thank you.

DD made these from Julie Goodwin for GD's party yesterday - you could do the chopping of the vegies in the TMX.

There is a Thai Chilli Pork Sausage Roll recipe on pge 16 of Meat on the Menu which got a 5/5 from Very Happy Jan. Read her review here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3667.0

Or try Cyndis veggie sausage rolls the recipe is on the recipe community I think.

We have made both the thai pork sausage rolls, and cyndis vegetarian sausage rolls. Although we are not vegetarian, we much prefer cyndis recipe - they are delicious! We just tweak the recipe by adding some carrot to the recipe in where it says to chop the onion. Served with sweet chilli sauce (recipe from this forum) - yum-o!

I made some of Cyndi's the other day to take to some vegetarian friends of mine - the non-vegetarian friends couldn't believe they weren't some kind of meat. No leftovers that night.

Yes Cyndis is a huge hit here and my family also couldn't believe there was no meat in them lol
