Title: everyday dressing

i use this dressing for

potato salad,pasta salad ,garden salad,feta salad
any salad really but great with egg salad.

770 g mayonnaise (from aldi )
1 tlbs whole grain mustard Optional
¼ teaspoon of hot mustard Optional
2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
1 cup of white vinegar
1/3 cup of oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Optional. (gives a nice colour)
Whisk everything together for 1 min, speed 3
Makes over 1 liter of dressing,
It will be very thick once left in the fridge just add some dressing in a jar with lid add a few drop of vinegar and shake well

Fantastic recipe.

Made this today using quirky Jo's mayo, the mayo was great and then the dressing fantastic,  just what I was looking for today.
