Title: strawberry/water melon chamgane slushie

this is still a work in progress... ;)
 
300g ice
150g strawberries -leaves removed
150g water melon -chopped
60g sugar
bottle of cheap and nasty champagne
few shots wodka (optional)

process sugar 10 secs on speed 9.
add fruit and woosh for a bit... add ice.. turn dial slowly up to speed 10, pouring in my champagne
pour into a glass an top with a dash of wodka and enjoy ;D

if u use more ice u have to use less champas, i nevr get the whole bottle in lol
