Sorry miss thermo, I can't find one either. Have searched the net for a recipe done in the Thermomix but nothing there. I know Chookie has made them but she didn't post a recipe.

Miss thermo, make the Chow Mein recipe with either beef of chicken, (or Just vegies) . Cool it down and then roll in spring roll wrappers, spray with oil and bake in over, or fry in a little oil until crispy. We had the beef Chow mein tonight and you have given me a good idea for tomorrow night. ;D ;D ;D

How easy is that Chookie, great idea :-*

Yeah, two meals from one.

I made Spring Rolls Saturday and got the recipe from this forum. Not sure exactly where it was. But saying that I didn't like it. I think I over processed the ingredients. I think the chow Mein idea sounds great. Will give that a go next time.

with the Chow Mein it is nice to add some bean sprouts and water chestnuts for crunch. hope you like them. I posted a Chow. Mein recipe on my blog and I think also here. it seems to work quite well. I don't mind if you tell me you don't like it. He He .

On the Paula Deen Show last week I saw that all she used was, Prepacked Coleslaw, Flaked Roast Pork, some seasoning, chopped celery, mixed it through with her hands. She then added two tablespoons of oyster sauce, left it to rest for a while to break down the cabbage, then placed in the spring roll wrappers. Deep fried in oil. With the TMX the coleslaw mix will be easy to prepare. Can't wait to try this weekend, will substitute Pork with Chicken, I think.

definitly will try chow mein, And I dont think the recipe was the problem more the over processing I did. kind of like eating sand lol.
