hmm interesting. I freeze yoghurt all the time into icy poles or to use later. I am trying to remember it it separates when thawed. For me, I would freeze it with the thought that it MAY separate when thawed and look a little curdled  ???

I've successfully frozen chicken in yoghurt so I guess chicken biryani should be OK  ??? ???
