Title: Healthy lunches seminar

For those of you in Perth, there is a seminar coming up on the 26th February on healthy lunches. Unfortunately I cannot go  :( but thought others may be interested. Julie Eady  (Additive Alert) will be one of the speakers. Looks interesting - if only I could convince DH not to swim to Rotto, and then I could go.  ;)

I am booked in and paid to go. Really looking forward to it. Lunches for myself are my down fall. I get to busy and forget to feed myself. Hunger pangs pass after a while you know  :o :o

Hoping I will get the info I need to inspire me to feed myself and feed the family better  ;)

Was my intention JD - if I am going to type it out may as well make it for all to see  :D

I am really hoping to get something new from this - or some good information that makes me want to stop and get lunch - not just keep working and forget about it. Speaking of which  :o :o

Yes, I think it will be a Perth forum get together that's for sure! I am really looking forward to learning from Jo, the "catch up" is a real bonus  :D
