Title: Quicker then leftovers!

Last night I pulled a lasagne from the freezer but thought hmm maybe not enough for the whole family? So I decided to make a minestrone soup while waiting for the lasagne to reheat. The soup was made but the lasagne was still in the oven for about another 20 minutes. Now I know its quicker to make something in the TMX then to reheat leftovers. Nice and fresh!

Which Minestrone recipe did you use Virginia? Soup is super quick in the TMX, I often have it for lunch in winter. Too hot here right now though!!

Virginia you are so right. Often if we have been out and I don't feel like cooking DH suggests we have takeaway. I can get something done in the Thermomix in the time it would take to decide what we want and go and get it.

Hi MeganJane, the EDC one. Very nice and had it for lunch too!
Cookie1, I sometimes like takeaway, like red rooster so I don't remind DH how quick and easy TM cooking is or I would never have it!!
