I posted Ratatouille recipe last week.

This week I post the Crumble version of the same recipe which we enjoy so much.
I hope you like it
Name of Recipe: Ratatouille Crumble
Ingredients:
150g flour
10g salt
75g butter, chopped
Optional: mixed dried herbs (thyme, basil, rosemary, oregano etc)
Previously prepared Ratatouille
Preparation:
* Cook Ratatouille for 15-20 minutes according to the related recipe and transfer into an oven proof dish
* In the cleaned and wiped TM Bowl place flour, salt, butter and dried herb. Mix for 1 minute on Speed 3
* Sprinkle the herby crumb mixture over the top of the ratatouille.
* Bake in preheated oven at 220ºC for 20-25 minutes until golden

It's adapted with a few changes from the recipe called Ratatouille in the book named Cucinare a Modo Mio.

Thank you for this lovely recipe, Farfallina. The crumble topping is a great idea and I will think of using it with other dishes. Vegetarians and non vegetarians in our house enjoyed it (although the non-vegetarians had a steak on the side!) Thans again!

As a non-vegetarian myself, I usually have it with meat or chicken as well :)
