Title: Left over Roast pork recipes?

Hi everyone,
we had roast pork last night and I have quiet abit of meat left to use.  I'm after some recipe ideas to use the pork in. Any ideas?

I have 2 that I have done dede so will put them in the main meal section - Zucchini & Pork Quiche & Coconut Pork & Peaches.  Of course then there is shepherds pie, curries etc that you could do.

Thanks Judydawn, I will check them out. I thought Curried pork but wasnt sure if it would be ok.
