Title: ARRHHHHHH its arriving in about 40 mins !!!!!

the posty lady just called out to see if i was home as she dropped the letters off !
she was checking to see if i was here as my thermomix is waiting at the PO !!! she is dropping off a few parcels to other ppl then will come back with it for me !! ( we dont have a parcel delivery van as it is a small town most big packages get carded , but shes bring this to me as she knows im waiting on it ;) and knows i dont drive ! )

so pear jam is something i will be making tonight i have a stack of pears in the fridge that need using !!
 
i had my demo yesterday thanx to Jo !
when dp got home from work he had rissotto for dinner he said " so whens this thing arrive ??" haha so he is won over ! and says i can make him rissotto every night now lol

Wow thats service ... I couldnt wait another day for mine so I went and picked it up from my demonstrator...   :D
Came straight home and started..4 weeks later and Im still trying heaps of new recipes

i first made fruity dream :)
thats all so far till dinner
then i will do mash and hollandase which we will have with steak and salad and steamed asparagus

ok i made the hollandase sauce ( recipe off here not the edc )

was going to do the mash aswell but i piked coz i read something on here about it bubbling over ...and coz we got home late i dont have time to muck around and practice tonight so reverted back to my old way of potatoes ......boiling int he pot  :-))

hope to do a veg stock and some rolls tonight we'll see how i go tho ! it might be a tomorow job !

Great to hear that you are underway at last with your TMX.

Is there any chance of posting your pear jam recipe as I have a huge quantity of pears as well and haven't been able to find a decent recipe (I suppose someone will now tell me it's in the EDC and I'll be really embarrassed because I didn't check there first!).

Cuilidh - the one JD posted is the one I make, just made some tonight! super duper easy, and everyone loves it :)

Leej i was about to load some pics on fb soon :p ....think i might begin a blog ....or another fb page :p


today i made pumpkin soup ..my recipe , but just used the edc for times and speeds :)  was good but nexttime will use a tad more pumpkin as it was a little thinner than usual !
