1 medium sized egg (approx. 60g or 2oz.)
¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
I will double the recipe next time + salt and oil
Add egg to bowl mix for 10 sec speed 4
Add chick pea flour, mix on soft and increase speed slowly until it start coming away from the sides of bowl
Knead for 2 min
Use a pasta maker or rolling pin to form into the desired thickness
Mine was see through (a bit too thin)
I cooked mine for 3 mins, next time I will only cook it 1 ½ min
It was nice but it need more texture, any ideas?

mm interesting, could you add things to it like spinach or dehydrated vegetables of some sort?

i have been thinking about it. My plan is to add some walnut flour to the dough
and making a gorgonzola cheese sauce to go with it. Anyone ever added nut flour to pasta dough?

Any time I have any left over pasta or bread dough left over I will deep fry thin strips of dough and turn into either sweet or savory gave this one a ago and must say it was very good with a sprinkle of salt and rosemary.will do again this way for sure.
