Hello Everyone,
I finally purchased my TM a couple of weeks ago after seeing it for the first time 2 years ago. I couldn't justify spending that much money on an appliance I wasn't sure I would use everyday in the kitchen, plus I already had every top end appliance in my cupboard.
As I said I have had my TM for a few weeks now, and after going nuts in the kitchen, as every new TM owner does, I am selling/sold every top end appliance that I have. Also started my consultant training and really looking forward to spreading the word with those people who have similar views to how I used to feel.
I must mention, that prior to owning my TM, I was spending two hours at least in the kitchen preparing additive friendly food for my two young kids and trying to prepare restaurant quality food for my hubby, family and friends. The TM has completely amazed me, with the fast, outstanding food that is produced. I feel like I have my own Chef. Love Love Love my TM

Hi NatT, welcome to the forum. Now you are probably wondering why you didn't get it before - glad you are finding it a help preparing healthy food for the children as well as entertaining. We all love our machines here so know just how you feel. Which one is you in the photo, are you on the left or right side?

Welcome NatT! It's true, the TMX is just the best. Like you, it took me 2 years to get around to purchasing one. When my husband surprised me with it at Christmas, I actually felt guilty that he had spent so much money, but now everyone thinks it's a win win situation. It does save so much time, doesn't it? I often cook a vegetarian and a meat dish in our house, so find my time is so much better spent when I can set one dish cooking while I prepare the next. I also find that I make all these things that I couldn't be bothered making or was scared to attempt now. . . mayonnaise, bread, hot crossed buns, icecream. . . the list goes on. You will find the forum an invaluable tool, so take time to poke around!( For example, I have spent the afternoon reading all the jam threads and am just about to attempt to turn the feijoas that a kindly neighbour gave me into jam. In the past, I would have eaten a few then fed the rest to the chooks!). Happy cooking!

I am the girl in the left hand side of the photo. Its an old pic but thought it fit well since I am celebrating with my new appliance.
