Title: EDC Recipe for Piklets

My cook book has fallen apart, and the only page missing is the page i need... argh...

Im after the Piklet recipe... can anyone help me??

20g melted butter
140g SR flour
pinch salt
40g sugar
1/4 tspn bicarbonate of soda
1.5 MC sour milk (if fresh, add 1 tsp vinegar)
1 egg

Place butter into bowl and melt for 40 sec/50^o/on speed 4.
Add remainder of ingredients to the bowl.  Mix for 30 seconds on speed 5 until smooth.
Place in spoonfuls onto hot griddle.  Cook until bubbled and then turn over and cook other side.
Serve with maple syrup or cream and homemade jam.

2 eggs
5 tblspns sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups SR flour
2 tblspns cream
vanilla extract
