Title: The electric prongs on the Thermomix breaking off

One of the prongs broke off the bottom of  my Thermomix. Has anyone else had the problem.

Have you rung your consultant or H.O. lizzyg?  Silly question but does it still work with one missing?

I have reported it. I'm not game to try and use it anymore.

I bought it in October last year. It should be covered under the warranty. I hope I'm not without it for too long either!

Thank you for that. It's amazing how much you miss it when you can't use it. I had to chop up an onion today. It all ended in tears.
