Title: 120 mini rolls

I am baking 120 mini rolls the size of the MC cup @20grams each  I think I have to much dough 780g flour x 3.I  will freeze the rest for next time DS needs mini rolls >:(.I really should make a note this time on how much dough I really need for 100 rolls. Its cold here today and the 2nd rise is taking 4ever I think I will put the air con on.

Are the mini rolls for anything in particular?

yes bigTcup for a function for 90 people . mini rolls are for rare beef roast.
