Post by: Cuilidh on July 12, 2011, 12:07:23 am
Is anyone going to Cyndi's presentation in South Caulfield on the morning of Tuesday, 2 August?

Mandurah, western Australia - a bit far to travel.  I have the books and was attempting the 21 day challenge. But guys really, how can I limit myself when there are so many fantastic recipes to try.  I figure if I cook all the whole foods things that is a great start. After all I have only had thermy a month ( although it looks like you never get tired of the pleasures of the thermomix. :D

OK, I concede, Mandurah is just a touch too far away from Melbourne for you to attend this presentation!  However, I think Cyndi may be based in WA, in which case you should be able to catch up with her at some stage if you wish - or maybe I'm thinking of Jude Blereau? - sorry if I'm wrong.

Ooopps, I just checked, I couldn't be more wrong, it looks like Cyndi lives in QLD and Jude lives in WA!

Just back from Cyndi's talk this morning.  She was nothing short of fantastic and so incredibly interesting.  If anyone has a chance to catch any of her presentations do try to make it, it is well worth it.  Even if you're not interested in her diet, still go, she has got so much to say, much of it is a real eye-opener.

It was certainly interesting with lots of food for thought. but rather less food for thermomix than I had anticipated! thought it would be a bit more of a cooking demo. But mostly a what not to eat talk! Mostly fitted with my own thoughts, although much more so, IYKWIM. Wish dh had heard it so he wouldn't think I am mad/ extreme!
