Title: Hi from the Adelaide Hills

Hello everyone,
I've had my wonderful Thermomix for not even a week now but i love it and have used it every day and wouldn't want to be without it. I'm all for making wholesome food quickly. I'm also gluten and lactose intolerant so i'm enjoying being able to mill my own flour as i go and save money.

Hi Tanz, welcome to the forum.  If you have been doing some reading on here you may have seen this thread (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6712.0) regarding an Adelaide get together on the 5th August.  Perhaps you'd like to join us?  Glad to hear you are enjoying your TMX.  One of our members has a blog with plenty of gluten free recipes on it here. (http://brazen20au.blogspot.com/)

Hi Tanz and welcome.

If you are able to join them, meeting with Judydawn and Trudy would be great.  JD really is a cornerstone of this forum and they are both so knowledgeable and helpful, I am sure meeting a group of enthusiasts would be a real buzz for you.  I am very jealous that I can't make it over to SA!
