Title: Hi I'm Patchar

Hi I'm Patchar and my Thermomix was delivered 5 days ago. I was so excited when it arrived! I had been to a demo the week before with my husband and we were both instantly converted! As soon as the consultant had left after delivery, I started making the vegetable stock and as soon as it was ready, I made the mushroom risotto. Fabulous! For desert that night we had the strawberry sorbet, tastes great and I didn't even feel guilty eating it!! Looking forward to learning lots of new recipes here  ;D
