Title: Recipe Review - Moroccan soup 'Harira' MWOC Pge 88
Post by: judydawn on August 21, 2011, 05:11:58 am
This is a nice, rich soup - takes a few spoonfuls to get used to the different taste though and I doubt whether kids would like it (or fussy adults for that matter).  We enjoyed it though, simple to cook even though it is done in stages and not everything thrown in like our Aussie soups - I served it with a dob of yoghurt because I had some.

For those who haven't got this book, the recipe is here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5771.msg74591#msg74591) - Farfallina posted it.

I've made this soup a few times - always enjoy it. It's a good way to use up small amounts of 'mystery' meat in the freezer - last time a chop or two were the lucky ingredients! (minus bones)
