Tips/Hints: I had some celeriac and pork in the fridge.  I couldn't find a Thermomix recipe for using those two ingredients, but the online search threw up the recipe in the link above, and I improvised from that, using what I had on hand.  It is hard to know quite how long to cook the pork in the Thermomix - I did it for about half an hour.  Prob next time would try for longer.  What do other more experienced Thermomixers recommend?

That cut of pork I would cook for at least 45 minutes Cecilia.  Could need up to 60 minutes if you cook it more gently on 90oC once you've got it bubbling.

I really like the sound of this and might try it in my le creuset - still not convinced on slow cooking in the TMX, even cooking in advance I don't seem to get the same depth of flavour.
