Title: Lambs fry (liver) and bacon

Does anyone have a recipe, using the Thermomix, for old fashioned Lambs Fry and Bacon?

I am a new user and not confident yet to organise my own recipe.

My husband loves Lambs fry and bacon but he cooks it in the frying pan. I just cant come at it myself..
Hopefully someone can help you out.

Hi marianj, welcome to the forum.  Lambs fry & bacon is something I still have on my 'can-you-make-this-in-the-thermomix' list but still haven't got around to it.  If and when I do, I will certainly post the recipe but in the meantime someone else may come up with a suitable conversion for us both.

There are not many things that i wouldn't try in the TMX,  but this is one of them.  However I wait with baited breath to see if some brilliant member can do it and get a result that is satisfactory.
