Hey everyone, my names I SCREAM - scream for short (i'm a roller derby chick and my alter ego has taken over - also I like ice cream  :P)

I got my machine on Tuesday and witnessed my Fiancee cook for the first tie ever :D. Both of us are pretty useless and lazy when it comes to cooking, but things seem to be on the up.

Hopefully with all of your help, soon I'll be the one creating.

Look forward to reading through everything and getting to know you, there's a lot of people from perth here!

Hi Scream, welcome to the forum.  Lovely to see your fiance taking on the cooking role - funny how the TMX can get them interested all of a sudden.  Check out CP's list  (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6470.0) of her favourite recipes - it has a great variety of recipes that are popular with many of us and may help you choose a few to kick off with.

Hi Scream and welcome  :D :D There is at least one other roller derby chick on here (not from Perth though!!) You and your DF won't know what has hit you with all the good food you will be able to turn out with NO EFFORT  :D

Thanks everyone.

I made Spicy chicken and garlic from the asian cookbook last night and OMG - awesome - everyone suffered at work though, I couldnt open my mouth after having leftovers for lunch!
