Hello I am new to the forum and fairly new to Thermomix ! ... I have had my TM for approximately a month now and I couldn't be happier in the kitchen!! I am a total foodie and love making my food from scratch - now my scratch time is so much less than it ever was BT (before Thermomix)!  :) :)

Welcome kymda, Its a great feeling making meals from scratch rather than pre prepared ingredients. I love not pouring sauces out of bottles or opening packet foods and it all tastes so much better too.
