You must have a will of iron not to open it Fundj....  and if you have that will of iron, then you could always open it, read it, make it and use your will of iron to only eat one scoop at a time which wouldn't be toooooo bad for you (provided there is an interval of more than a few minutes between eating each scoop!)

it not that. the problem is what do i do with it once i make it . this week alone i gave away 3 whole cakes.

It does last for quite a while in the freezer,  if you have room.....

lol fundj...i just cracked and looked and will make it this week however am going to have to use alternative dairy products I think!

Go on, be a devil.  It is divine and you only need 1 big scoop to be satisfied.  It does make a decent quantity so will last for quite a while and the bonus is that is scoops out so easily too  ;)

Too scared too, plus it will take up freezer space which i didnt have up until now. Maybe when we come home, but after all tnat food in hawaii we wiil be huge and on salads no doubt.

Yes we are heading for a change of seasons and different meals will adorn our plates but ice-cream and summer, you just can't beat it.

It was 280 here yesterday. Definitely icecream weather. Go on have just a teeny look. ;)

hally DO NOT LOOK you wont be able to control yourself and your going away...Save it for when you get back and have more freezer space...i hope someone is keeping an eye on your freezers while your away..hate there to be a power cut or something and lose all that food....crazy girl  :)

fundj just fold....looks divine...its on my list for next week...just have to take out some tomatoes and make some chutney or passata or pizza sauce or something and ill have a nice little space in the freezer... :)
