Hi all. I had Butternut squash and red pepper soup at lunchtime today in a restaurant and it was delicious. There was a hint of chilli in it too. Does anyone have a recipe I could try using the thermomix? The consistency was very similar to the standard carrot and coriander in the TMX recipe book.
