:) Have nearly had my Thermmie for 12 months now..but have decided to have a Varoma Demo to learn a bit more about my machine! I am very excited for my lovely consultant as I know she is getting an order for 1 maybe 2 machines!! ;)

Hopefully you will then get the best from your TMX natmum. Are you using the steaming function much at all now?

Wow, Natmum - you are a gem of a hostess to have the Thermomixes presold before the demonstrator even gets there!! It is a gorgeous menu in the Varoma demo. We have the beautiful Tenina to thank for inventing the Warm Chicken, Pumpkin and Couscous salad. People really love the steamed puddings and the dip and rave about the soft-serve. You'll have heaps of leftovers unless you have a big party organised. Yum! Enjoy!!!

:) Judy- I don't think I really do use my machine to it's full benefit. Have been doing a bit ..but am hoping to feed the kids more fish over the summer so this is a great idea at this stage.
:o Have about 6 coming so most of the food will hopefully get eaten up...might even save some for the kids after school!

The dip is awesome! I've made it about 4 times since...
The warm chicken pumpkin couscous is beautiful too!!

I just had mine a couple of weeks ago. The food is lovely. I haven't used the Varoma much, but demo is great for showing the potential. Now I keep thinking about that dip!

what are the aussie varoma demo recipes..are they on here?? if not coudl someone pm them to me pls ;D

thanks vivaroo. I have sometimes thought of having another demo (although it would have to be a darned TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE OFFER for me to do so - I have had 4 or 5 and really don't think my friends would want to come to another one, as those that have bought have had little demos themselves in the meantime while they have been thinking). I would have thought that the demo had recipes that were exclusive to demo's and not printed in the EDC.

:) Update we had a great lunch yesterday!! My 1 friend brought hers and my other friend who was only coming for a coffee and because she likes me is buying 1 too!! So am quite shocked..great day had by all!!

Double wow! You are a fantastic hostess, natmum. No doubt about that! Your friends will love you for introducing them to Thermomix in time to have its help for Christmas.

Try spreading the dip on chicken breasts in the VAroma-delicious. It was Judy's idea some time ago and we love it.

Has any chicken lovers tried vegefying the chicken pumpkin couscous salad? I'm thinking tofu, what is the most varomalicious brand?
