Title: Hello Thermomix World!

Hi everyone - like most, am just a *bit* excited to have finally taken delivery of my Machine.

So far have creamed some butter and sugar, made a mocha for the Husband and made rice - all groundbreaking stuff!! (Although BTW, I have NEVER made such perfect rice before!!!).

Just must be careful that I don't lose it to the Husband who is rather keen on having a play with new things and already thinks that it's his too  :)

Looking forward to using it so much more and learning lots here too!

Hi Heather and welcome.  Sounds like you going really well with your TMX already - that's great - no end of recipes to try here and in the various recipe books.  You will just have to set up a rota with your husband - you can have the TMX from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and he can have it the rest of the time perhaps?????

Hi Heather, a big welcome to the forum.  Sounds like you are going to have fun with your new kitchen buddy. As you master one thing you can move on to the next and in the end you will be converting your favourite recipes and posting them on the forum.  Nice if DH can become involved to but sometimes we want our TMX's to ourselves ;)

Welcome to the Forum Heather.  You will have a fine time playing with your new machine .  Help yourself to the recipes here and let us know how you go.

Hi and welcome Heather. I can understand how you may not want to share your machine at the moment. Perhaps DH can cook a little bit on the weekends. eg breakfast. ;)
