Just off the top of my head until I have time to think about it - chicken hors-d'ouevres from the EDC are nice either hot or cold but I use fresh herbs not dried for a much better taste.

I couldn't go past things like smoked salmon dip and crackers from the forum. Also Tomato, capsicum and cashew dip. Beetroot and cashew dip.

Parmesan Grissini made into little pretzels sprinkled with salt, to eat alone or with dip.

Helene's ricotta with vegie sticks to dip in it. Perhaps some herbs in the ricotta.

Shhhh....don't tell Judy I was here

I made spicy pumpkin dip (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7502.0) (was yummy) and placed crudites and crackers in pretty dishes, on the one tray, and also smokey capsicum & spinach frittata (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5646.0), cut into small squares and served cold, and added a dish of relish on the side.
Was well received.
Even make quiche and cut into smaller portions.

It's hard to stay off maddy, I'm supposed to be having a break but I got the wi-fi sorted out by the motel management and here I am - not for long though, having an early after all the walking I did today.

My most popular bring a plate is a hot Cobb loaf with dip.

I havent converted it to TM yet so I havent posted it.  I can put the ordinary recipe up if you want  ;D

well its not for the health fanatics thats for sure LOL

1 packet bacon bits fried till crispy.
1 x 250g cream cheese chopped into small cubes
4 spring onions chopped
1 tub sour cream
1 tub ordinary cream
1 x large handful grated cheddar

Mix well then put in the microwave and heat for about 5 mins on med high stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.

It would probably be easy to do in the TM - I would probably saute the bacon and then add everything else and cook on reverse speed 3 for 5 mins on 90 and see how that went.  But I havent tested it yet.

then just stick it in the shell of the cobb loaf and put in oven 180 till bread is crisp about 15 mins ( I also put the tufts of bread I have pulled out on the same tray to crisp up

Sometimes I use chopped smoked salmon instead of bacon and sometimes I put baby spinach in it too
