Scenerio... I had left over roast chicken, next day made a curry. Now have left over curry which I have made into pies using the piemaker. These will go into the freezer
Hope this is is OK. How many times can you reheat left overs?

Provided the chicken is refrigerated between using, I think it would be OK. What do others think?

I agree. Once meat is cooked it can be re frozen. A great way to use up the leftovers.

i only reheat left overs once, then its in the bin. i really can not remember last time that i have throw away food.

Hmmm.
After our whole family suffered food poisonig on Christmas Eve about 9 years ago after eating a roast chicken bought from a supermarket I have..
1) Never again bought any pre-roasted chicken
2) Never reheated any chicken dish that was not immediately frozen after cooking.
3) If we do have leftovers, I may serve it cold from the fridge the following day.

i can understand that rosie, i would be the same

I think you have to be much more careful with store-bought roast chickens.

There was a segment on either a current affair or the other station re: supermarket chickens, how some are high potential cases for food poisoning, since seeing this it has really put me off buying cooked chickens.
I only reheat leftovers once, but i have always split them into portions and to my freezer they go.
