Title: Red Pepper Sauce (Spanish recipe)

Name of Recipe:  Salsa de Pimiento Rojo (Red Pepper Sauce) – not tested

Serves:  Not stated

Ingredients:
250g jarred or tinned red peppers
1 clove garlic
50g olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
Drain the peppers thoroughly and put them in the  *:, together with the garlic oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cook 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma /  :-: /  ^^.
Blend at Speed 3, increasing to Speed 6  to obtain a light, smooth sauce.
When you have finished, pour into a bowl and garnish with the thyme.
Season with a little salt.

Tips/Hints:  Red pepper sauce can be served at room temperature or cold.  It is suitable as an accompaniment to any type of vegetables and salads.

Hi chookie, yes they are simple which is why they appeal to me.  However I have no doubt that there are other recipes on the forum which are similar or even the same, but better too many than too few.   ;D

JB I like that the recipe tells you what to serve the sauce with - always handy to know.
