Would love the best way to have it cut up.
I would like the best steaks, mince, diced steak, roast & whatever else I can have,
Ideas please

Consider how you eat beef and then discuss it with your butcher, Hally. What fun you will have.

:) Hally we get, fillet steak, t bone steak, rump steak,y bone steak, diced steak for stews, mince, sausages, topside roasts, beef roasts rolled, then some as corned silverside.
Hope this helps.
Don't forget to tell them how many for. ( example, 2 adults, or 2 adults 2 kids for packing)

Hally the chances are your butcher will ask you all these things so you won't have to worry. You will certainly be able to really get cooking.

Have just rung ny butcher, cant pick up until 2nd week in jan. told to ring back when they were less busy!!!!
