Hello, there is a message about this subject on about pg 19 and as it is a year or so old a prompt suggested I start a new subject. I apologise in advance if I'm doing the wrong thing.
I made the cheese straws today. I went by the recipe and found that even the butter hadn't mixed in. So I mixed the ingredients on speed 6 for 5 seconds until it resembled fine bread crumbs. Added 6 tsp of iced water and kneaded on interval speed for 20 seconds. They turned out really well.
