Hi Nola276  -  I'm sorry I don't know about Perth - maybe someone local will be able to help.  I'm in Sydney and have just ordered those from www.herbies.com.au (who are also in Sydney but I find it a lot less stressful buying it online rather than travelling to the other side of the city).  Herbies is really top quality and they send their goods well packed and via express mail.

Both the rose water and the orange blossom water cost $3.60 for 25 mls  and $8.90 for 100 mls. and then there's the shipping which is very reasonable.

Otherwise, if you can hunt down any middle eastern grocery stores they should have them.

Good luck!  and Merry Christmas!! :)

Any good gourmet store that stocks middle eastern ingredients will have them.
Have you tried googling?

I know that Kakulas Sisters in Fremantle have them, and probably Kakulas  in Northbridge as well. Quite possibly the Re Store in Leederville and Northbridge do too.

Nola,  there is some confusion about Rose and orange blossom water.  Some is infact essence.  The floral waters come in a bottle of about 250g.(can't check as not at home).  The essence is concentrated and you use just a few drop or teaspoon.  The water,  you use in more generous amount, by the tablespoon. I use the water as it is more forgiving if you put in too much.  I have posted a recipe for a fruit salad made with dried fruit and both waters.  Middle Eastern grocers sell both.

I was surprised when I found a bottle in a Gourmet shop at our nearest large shopping centre Chookie.  It is 300mls and was only $5.95. I only went in there on the off chance they might have it as there are no Indian shops around here and I'd have to go into town otherwise.

I'm having a love affair with Marzipan Rara and it's in the recipe I have.  I believe it is a nice addition to a lot of candies, and the rose water of course is for Turkish Delight.
