If you like a traditional stir fry then this isn't really for you. It is a TMX stir fry so therefore nothing is really crisp. The flavour is good and the meat marinade tasty. I like the idea because it is another 'all in one' meal for the TMX.

I would give this recipe 4/5 and will make it again. It is a handy way to make 300g meat feed 4 people.

I was a bit dubious about this recipe but I made this tonight and it was a hit.  My DH (who is Asian!) kept saying "this is actually really good".  The meat was cooked perfectly, as we're the veggies and rice.  Rice had a lovely flavour from the meat marinade.

This one is going into the 'will definitely make again' file!

I made this stir fry with chicken instead of beef. Used the same marinade, which was really yummy.
I liked that everything was cooked in the one pot. It turned out very well.
Would make it again.
