Title: Recipe Review - p.7 Festive Flavours - Warm Brie with Basil Lemon Dressing
Post by: cecilia on January 29, 2012, 01:58:53 am: Beautiful dish - exciting to serve - very quick to prepare - delicious and special. I will definitely offer this again when I want to spoil people.

I am not sure if I steamed the brie for too long, but I did notice a lot of the cheese had run down into the bowl and gone to waste, so rather than just lining the Varoma with a single piece of baking paper, I'd say two or three pieces are called for, and scrunched up a bit so that any cheese that becomes liquid runs into the crinkles of the paper rather than off the edges and into the bowl.

If it happens again next time I think I'll be prepared to jump in and make bread or scones or something else that could benefit from the delicious-looking cheesy water.
