Title: White chocolate ice cream from Quick Fix in the Mix

Made this the other  day, also made Julie Os ice cream to compare.

This is great if you want a bowl of ice cream or to serve with fruit & other desserts.  Its light & fresh and not too creamy.

Dh & ds loved this and would  be happy to have a tub on the go all the time. It is ideal to have in the freezer for any circumstance.

OMG girls with all these great reviews how can I resist buying this book  :D

I am anxiously waiting for reviews on Teninas new book and then I will probably have to get that one too  ;)

My budget for this month is well and truly blown in cookbooks  :P
