Made this yesterday, absolutely lovely. Very easy to drink, would go down very well on a hot day.
Was a little unsure, but decided to use a good Tasmanian sparkling, didnt want to waste a good champagne. The end result was perfect. DH said I must make this again, I should have bought more lemons to make another batch, didnt think it would be as lovely as it was.
I used 140g of sugar, to me 200 seemed a lot, 140 was fine for us, but if you like it sweeter use 200.
