Quick & Easy. Mine is a lot darker in colour than the photo in the book. I toasted my pine nuts on the stove.
Made this to go with Artichoke And Potato Gratins
Strong flavours but I think it will add some pizaaz to dishes.
Will be trying it on the Gratin Recipe tonight.
