hi Ian - welcome to the forum!  This is a fabulous place to start collecting your recipes!!  Tried, Tweaked and Tested!!  Any problems or questions just pop them here and they'll be answered by a group of very very friendly helpful people.

Welcome to the forum Ian, I am also in Tassie (what a great place to live) this is a great forum to collect hundreds of recipes.
