Title: Creating a smooth, icecream like, sorbet.

I saw this on a tv show, the doctors. I have put the full recipe in the desserts section, but thought I'd pop it here.

Guar gum, or xantham gum, just 1/2 a teaspoon. It creates a beautiful, creamy consistency (without any eggwhite).

You can also add 1 tbls milk powder to make it more of an icecream.

I am absolutely loving it!
