Last night I attended a cooking class at the new TMX center in Melbourne. I attended a cooking class run by Andrew Fielke. I have to say it was probably the best class i have ever attended, and that is saying something. The class was organized by Janine, (mother of Alyce). She has worked with Andrew before. I have permission to share recipes and photos with the Forum.
First, the new TMX center is fab. All machines now in for repair a sent here. Ellie, who is in general charge of the center is most approachable . This is good to know. The demo room is very well set up with overhead cameras,(2), over the demonstration bench. There is a full kitchen with every thing necessary. I think it is very well designed. It certainly worked well last night. Janine had a team of consultants of about 15 there to help. There were about 50 visitors.
Andrew is a natural both with the TMX and the ingredients he was using. At one stage he had 3 machines running.
I will attempt to post some of the photos, and then in a second post write about his recipes.

Wonder, I have no idea.

Shame they don't have things like this in Tassie. Looks wonderful

Considering I live in Far north Qld, we have nothing at all, no cooking classes, 1/2 hour to go shopping for groceries.
Looks wonderful, but too far away.
