Just be careful not to cut anything on your thermomix bread mat. I used a biscuit cutter and went straight through mine.

If you want to cut on the mat the super spatula  from superkitchenmachine.com is safe  I am recently told. Too late I'm afraid  for my poor mat.

Hi Shanmac, I also attended Tenina's class and today made the soft buttermilk rolls, (I used soured milk) I wrapped my dough in a mat I bought from Aldi's worked fine, it was only about $4 I think I've had it for ages.
