Title: hello from a Thermo newbie
Post by: Headon on March 19, 2012, 08:51:04 am
Hello everyone.

Have just recently got my Thermomix and am looking forward to using it to its maximum if I can...

I'm from the outer suburbs of Perth W. Australia and have a vast supply of local produce all around here...

Hoping to learn how to adjust my old family recipes to work in the TM, as I love experimenting and using whatever I have on hand to create whatever the mood takes...

Thanks for having me on board..

H.

You are very welcome aboard Headon, hi and welcome to the forum.  I've converted a lot of my favourite recipes so you will definitely get around to doing that.  Just find something similar and write your method and ingredients down, adjusting times as you go.  Never leave it until later as you will forget  ;D  Looking forward to some of your conversions.

Welcome Headon. You are lucky having fresh food to hand. I live in Perth too but don't have any good markets nearby. But I do have a lovely greengrocer.
