Title: Chocolate Chip Hot Cross Buns

Has anyone fiddled around with a recipe for Chocolate Hot Cross Buns?  My DH has made a batch with adding choc chips in place of dried fruit and they are tasty, but I was wondering about adding some cocoa powder to the dough???  Any ideas???

I can't say I have tried it but it does sound yummy. I guess you could add a little cocoa with the flour? I can't see why that wouldn't work

Thanks so much for the link judydawn.  I did try a search, but got everything chocolate!!!  (Not that it was a bad thing ;D)


Thought they might make a nice little change for a treat for DD4 and DS2 dede, shall have another go tomorrow.
