Tonight I was invited to happy hour and dinner that followed at a friends place. I took pre dinner nibbles & dessert. Dukkah from EDC and Judydawn French onion dip. The FOD was just fantastic. so tasty and without all the preservatives. For dessert I made Brons, Banoffee Pie, which was just fantastic, I was a bit worried it would be too sweet, but it was just right, and I didn't add sugar to the cream. I also made the biscuit base instead of the pastry one. I also took along a sample of Fundj's Limoncello, which I had only just finished making. Could easily get addicted to this. Do you drink this straight on the rocks(ice) or mix it with mineral water?

PP, Fundj keeps her limoncello in the freezer but mine actually froze when I tried that so I just keep it in the fridge and drink it neat on the rocks. It tasted very strong to me at first and I could only sip it but not now I'm used to it, my glass has got bigger and it has gone before I can blink :D :D

I keep my limoncello in the freezer too and it has never frozen. I lurve it.

Oooooh in the fridge/freezer, close at hand, and so easy to drink. ;)
