I have been searching for the lovely legs recipe for over an hour Karen as I read it somewhere too - you aren't going crazy or at least, if you are then so am I! I don't think it was an actual recipe though, I think it was said they could be used in lieu of some other cut in a particular recipe. Maybe the person who posted it will remember and head you in the right direction to find it again. I will be watching this space with interest.

10 minutes later - I went through my print outs and found something that might be suitable.  Chicken cacciatore from NY Mixer used skinless drumsticks. Posted 27/7/08

hmmm don't think she'd be keen on that. i'm thinking i might do a batch of the wings (i bought them for #3 lol) and just do the drumsticks first ;)

Have a chicken drumstick recipe in my THX book called Pollo al Chilindron, haven't tried it yet, but has garlic, red and green peppers and onion, white wine, tomatoes and mushrooms. If you fancy it, I can post it for you.

Hi Brazen,
Ages ago I recall seeing a recipe where you could cook the chicken drumsticks in the bowl - but I have no idea where I saw this.  You could try something like the Honey Soy Chicken Winglets that I posted under mains.  If you prefered not to cook on the TMX you could bake them instead and finish with a more caramelised chicken leg... ;)
