My Thermomix arrived yesterday and I have been obsessed ever since. I think I will fly through the recipes in the cookbook so will be searching this forum for new ideas and tips.
Glad to be here.

It's great to have you here Kathster. You may find some of the EDC recipes need a little tweaking. Check out the recipe reviews on the forum for EDC recipe tweaks. Let us know how you go with the TMX.

Hi Kathster and welcome. I was like you and could never make scones ... too heavy handed as well. I have had great success with the buttermilk ones from the EDC and also Nay-nays that everyone has pointed you to here. I would wish you luck but you won't need it! ;)
