Title: Tex Mex Raw Corn Salad - Quirky Jo - Recipe Review

I made this salad a few times over the later summer months and it is quick and fresh tasting and something a little different, which I liked. It tasted the best the first time I made it when I could taste the heat but I haven't been able to achieve it quite like that again. Definitely one I will keep for summer.

Oh I love a fresh salad in summer. Too cold now for salads :(
